Take your blood pressure...
Make sure you have your feet flat on the floor. When you put the cuff on, make sure the tubes are running down your arm. Take a couple of slow, deep breaths before starting. Make sure cuff is just tight enough not to slide down your arm. IT WILL GET TIGHT! It's supposed to. Record your blood pressure (Bp) and pulse/heart rate.
